- We offer complete warranty and post-warranty service for all types and brands of suits for water sports as well as suits for professional and work diving.
- The service takes place in the premises of our workshop in Zlín.
- We deal with repair prices individually with each customer (the price must always be agreed in advance). If you want to speed up the processing of the repair, write in the package "I agree with the price of the repair, e.g. 2,200 CZK for replacing the cuff". In that case, we will not have to contact you in advance and will immediately start working on the repair.
- In the event that the customer does not pick up the repaired goods within 3 months from the completion of the repair, we reserve the right to charge the service a storage fee of CZK 30/day/piece.
- By agreement, an express appointment can be arranged with an additional fee (if the repair technology allows).
- If you are interested in "express" service (within hours or days), we charge an additional 20% of the total amount for the service.
Dry suit repair information:

If the condition of the suit allows, we offer an "entry" pressure test for CZK 490. This allows us to detect other leaks in the suit in advance. It often happens that, for example, a customer has a neck cuff replaced, but then it is discovered that the shoes or zipper, etc. are also leaking...the question then is whether to invest in a suit that is in bad condition overall.

We only accept clean suits for service. If the suit is dirty, we charge the customer a cleaning fee of CZK 200. This is the kind of cleaning of the suit that makes it possible to make a repair.

After the repair, a control pressure test is always done, which is included in the price of the repair. If further leaks are found, the customer is contacted to agree to carry out further repairs to the suit.

All prices for partial repairs are consulted in advance and agreed with the customer.

After the price has been agreed, the AGAMA service reserves the right to charge, if necessary, an amount for additional work up to a maximum of 10% of the agreed price, especially in cases where, after the removal of waterproof belts, zippers, cuffs, shoes, etc., there is an additional layer of of previous gluing that was not visible in advance or the suit was unprofessionally re-glued (inside or outside) and needs to be cleaned before gluing new components.

After all repairs have been made, the service will issue a pressure test label on the suit, or a label stating that the pressure test cannot be carried out (if the customer refuses some repairs).

Please note that our company does not repair dry diving suits made of compressed (kresh) neoprene with a thickness less than 5 mm. We only fit (change) latex cuffs (not neoprene) on such suits.
