It fits perfectly in the hand, we don't have to open it unnecessarily. It is usually stored in a case where we know where it is and we always have it at hand. Reaching for the knife at the moment of need must be clearly instinctive, so do not change the place where you have the case, even if you are buying a new diving knife.

The size of the diving knife blade should be in the range of 10 to 15 centimeters. The larger one would interfere unnecessarily and the smaller one would not provide sufficient power when working underwater.
