Tangling a rope during a dive and staying helpless is a nightmare for many of us. The old net in which our feet would get stuck is not really a threat if we go to the depths with the right equipment, and this includes a quality diving knife. The folding knife is not a good choice in this case. Look for it underwater, close and open? It is better to choose a knife with a fixed blade. It fits perfectly in the hand, we don't have to open it unnecessarily. It is usually stored in a case where we know where it is and we always have it at hand. Reaching for the knife at the moment of need must be clearly instinctive, so do not change the place where you have the case, even if you are buying a new diving knife.
The size of the diving knife blade should be in the range of 10 to 15 centimeters. The larger one would interfere unnecessarily and the smaller one would not provide sufficient power when working underwater.
The combined blade, which offers straight and serrated blades, is today a standard that you will also find in our offer. When cutting ropes, the serrated side is irreplaceable. Two different work surfaces are an advantage on all sides.
